A property record that lasts beyond a project
Every property receives a permanent ID. Its address, buildings, units and assets connect to the warranties in your register. If a property is renamed or its address is corrected, the property ID stays the same. Manufacturer and workmanship warranties can sit side by side without being combined into one contract.
From document to a reviewed record
Upload a readable PDF or a photo. PDF text extraction surfaces labeled values with source pages. Optional Jev analysis helps classify the document and select source-supported details. You decide what to keep. Scans and photos can be reviewed manually, and blank information remains unknown.
Free limits, stated up front
The free workspace includes up to 5,000 warranty records, 50 MB of original documents and 30 Jev document analyses per month. Each upload can be up to 10 MB. Manual entry, saved records, portfolio views and exports remain available after the analysis allowance is used. There is no credit card or automatic paid conversion.
Common questions
Can I upload warranties from another provider?
Yes. The vault tracks existing external warranties from contractors and manufacturers. Uploading does not replace the original contract or make Warranties Pro its issuer.
Does a free account need a sales appointment?
No. Property Vault has its own sign-up and sign-in flow. Contractor warranty issuance uses a separate sales-led onboarding process.
Can I take my records with me?
Yes. Export a CSV register or complete structured records, download calendar events and retrieve your original documents.
